Come to Fitger’s for a Sarah Bamford Seidelman signing – she will have copies of her book How Good Are You Willing to Let it Get? as well as card decks by the same title.

Sarah and her spirit animal Alice the Elephant offer daily wisdom and reflections within several themes.  The themes include addiction and recovery, fear, humility, moderation, self-love, friendship, family, creativity, and the travails of life.

Sarah’s book and cards encourage us to relax our logical mind for a bit while we search for higher meaning as well as to approach our daily life with a little humor blended in.
